Taste the rainbow.

.....Bitches.

Picture 1 - Just a bunch of veggies going into a basic veggie soup that was made for today's lunch at Kramers.
Picture 2 - Rachel choppin' up a bunch of garlic cause garlic just makes everything better....

Picture 3 - A close up of our Tuna-less salad, before the tofu and vegenaise is added. Peppers, onions, pickles, garlic, celery. After adding the 'naise and mustard we also add kelp that adds a little bit of a kick and some crazy flavor action.
Picture 4 - The Tuna-less salad sandwiches... We've been selling the salad like this and also alone and it seems to be doing very well. Not gonna lie, shit is delicious.

Picture 5 - Yesterday's soup of the day... Carrot-Spice-Ginger-Bisque-Awesomeness. Yeah i went there. No real name or anything but the stuff was damn good, so suck it. I kind of wanted to chug it.
Picture 6 - Fucking banana bread. A bunch of bananas were about to go bad so why not? The recipe was from the Post Punk Kitchen and i highly recommend it.

If yer gonna be a fat kid ya gotta eat some sort of banana/zucchini/whatever at some point.... Plus honestly i could really care less about cake.

...........Stay fat, son.

Some..

..of the things we've done in the past...

First: Vegan Holiday Special -
Homemade tofurky made with tofu, sage, basil, and other spices. It was also baked with a homemade stuffing made from Ezekiel Bread and fruit.
Kale greens and broccoli steamed with garlic and onions.
From scratch vegan mac'n'cheese made with Sriracha and black pepper for spicy-ness.
From scratch cornbread with extra butter. (Earth Balance).
Roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon and spice.
       Roasted potatoes, carrots, and zucchini.

Second: Vegan Taco's -
       Fresh and local corn tortillas.
TVP cooked with tomatoe paste and spices.
Homemade refried beans with cilantro and jalapeno.
Spanish rice made with tomatoe, peppers, and onion. (also on the side).
       Topped with cilantro and onions.

.......And no there isn't a recipe so don't ask... Everything is done by taste.
